Step-by-Step Instructions
- Pull down the Tools menu and select Junk Mail Filter.
- Check the Enable Junk Mail Filter box. You can adjust the sensitivity of the filter by using the slide bar.
- Entourage will now label as junk any email it deems to be "junk." You can then sort your mail by category and quickly delete all the emails labeled "junk."
